Its worth the price just to hear it misspronounce names. Cons: It won't open with my Windows 2000Pro. It seems to load but then gives different error messages when trying to open.After over an hour on the phone to Microsoft it was sugested that I update the machine I wanted to use it on to XP Pro. Don't know if I want to spend the $$$ for an upgrade.
This machine worked fine with S&T 2003. Other Thoughts: Maps seem dated. Same as the 2003 maps,at least in the Pacific N.W.
Works fine with XP home with SP2 on a different machine. Pros: This program is great. If you are in the United States and looking to go somewhere in the country by car or bike or even on foot and you don't know where it is? Use this program. It is way better than having to search the web or Mapquest and battle pop-up windows and sales pitches. You just enter an address into the Streets and Trips search bar and BOOM!
There is your destination. It is so customizable you can even show all the restaurants you might pass on the way on your printout, in case you don't remember the directions.

Coupled with a GPS receiver plugged into a PC, this product out performs most self contained mapping systems. Cons: Wish I had bought this sooner. Two days later on Tuesday, I found that it had arrived from California to Indiana via UPS 3 day select. Very impressive. Keep up the good work.
